Terms of Service
GENERAL
By commissoning me you agree to these terms
I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
I reserve right to not accept your commission order without any reason
!I'll not change style in which I draw for your commission
RIGHTS
-I have the right to upload the commission to my galleries and use it for prints in artbooks, portfolios, Patreon etc
-Don't use my art as nft
-If you don't want your art to be published, I'll ask you for an additional +50% of the price
-You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
-Also, if you are ordering art for your friend or as a gift, just let me know in advance.
If your friend refuses the order, I'll not refund your money. Make sure that I won't have any problems with the character owner!
PAYMENT
-Full prepayment
-Deadline 2-3 month but if you need art faster, we can discuss it
-Payment via BOOSTY(you can still use PayPal to pay though) or transfer to the card (for Russian users)
-Payment must be made within 24 hours after the agreement, if the order is not paid during this time, I will cancel it and release the occupied slot
-I do not offer any refunds
-I'm okay with payment plan (starting at $600)
!the first payment must be half of the art price
-I take additional charge for small time limits
-Please don't send payment until we have agreed on all the details of the order
ABOUT PROCESS
-I accept the corrections at the sketch stage. At the line stage, I accept no more than 3 edits. Other edits only at extra payment
-I work with WIPs
-You can also contact me on discord or telegram
-I prefer commissions with creative freedom, but if you have any wishes for art, no problem
-Please describe in detail your wishes and important details, send photos of things and an exact reference
-I'll not change my style
-I don't make major edits to finished art. If you want to change something like clothes etc I will charge extra for it
-I'l not change the idea of art after the approved sketch
